Position Overview

One of our Partners is seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in a hospital-based anesthesia practice.

This assignment offers a diverse case mix, strong care team support, and consistent weekday scheduling, making it ideal for providers seeking both stability and clinical variety.

Provider Pay Ranking: Top ~10% of CRNA locum roles at comparable bill rates (2026 market data)

$230/hr

Assignment Highlights

• Full-time coverage (4–5 shifts/week)
• 10-hour shifts (typical start times: 6:15a, 6:30a, 7:00a)
• Additional weekend night shifts available (7p–7a)
• No call required
• Care team model: 1:3 (max 1:4)
• Level I Trauma exposure
• 593-bed hospital system
• EMR: Epic
• Travel reimbursed per policy
• Malpractice insurance covered
• HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency

Skills Required:

• GETA
• MAC
• Regional anesthesia
• Spinal
• Ultrasound-guided techniques

Notes:

• CRNAs do not perform blocks
• CRNAs perform epidurals independently

Job Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Work within a medically directed care team model
• Deliver safe, efficient perioperative care
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Document all care in Epic

Skills & Experience

• NBCRNA Certified
• Active Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain
• ACLS and PALS required
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred
• Experience in high-acuity settings preferred
• Epic experience preferred
