Position Overview
One of our Partners is seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in a hospital-based anesthesia practice.
This assignment offers a diverse case mix, strong care team support, and consistent weekday scheduling, making it ideal for providers seeking both stability and clinical variety.
Provider Pay Ranking: Top ~10% of CRNA locum roles at comparable bill rates (2026 market data)
$230/hr
Assignment Highlights
- Full-time coverage (4–5 shifts/week)
- 10-hour shifts (typical start times: 6:15a, 6:30a, 7:00a)
- Additional weekend night shifts available (7p–7a)
- No call required
- Care team model: 1:3 (max 1:4)
- Level I Trauma exposure
- 593-bed hospital system
- EMR: Epic
- Travel reimbursed per policy
- Malpractice insurance covered
- HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency
Skills Required:
- GETA
- MAC
- Regional anesthesia
- Spinal
- Ultrasound-guided techniques
Notes:
- CRNAs do not perform blocks
- CRNAs perform epidurals independently
Job Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia across a wide range of surgical specialties
- Work within a medically directed care team model
- Deliver safe, efficient perioperative care
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Document all care in Epic
Skills & Experience
- NBCRNA Certified
- Active Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain
- ACLS and PALS required
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred
- Experience in high-acuity settings preferred
- Epic experience preferred
