- Start Date: flexible
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 40hr work week, will consider 5x8s, 3x12s or 4x10s
- Must be able to work 4 weeks per month
- Practice Setting: Hospital & Surgery Center
- Support Staff: Anesthesia techs
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: SC license or IMLC, BC, ACLS, BLS, PALS, 2 years' experience
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- 50 mile radius rule, no local candidates
