Clinical Role

Join a high-volume, well-supported anesthesia team in Yakima offering a diverse case mix and flexible scheduling options. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs seeking night shifts, strong team support, and long-term assignment potential.

Start Date: June 22, 2026
Contract Length: 26 weeks (with option to extend)

Position Highlights:

• Full-time preferred; will consider 2 weeks per month minimum

• Night shift coverage required

• Diverse case mix across multiple specialties

• Care team model with medical supervision

• Pre-screening conducted by Aya CRNA leadership

Schedule & Coverage

• Night shifts required

• Flexible scheduling options available

• Overtime must be pre-approved

• Credentialing timeframe: ~60 days

Clinical Details & Case Mix

• Average 40–45 anesthesia cases per day across the facility

• CRNA case load: ~3–4 cases per day

Case Types Include:

• ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy

• GYN, OB, orthopedics, podiatry

• Urology and vascular (non-complex)

• Healthy pediatric cases

• Robotic procedures

• Thoracic and cardiac cases

Not Included:

• Complex vascular

• Head/spine

• Neuro

Facility Overview

• 7 ORs in main surgery department

• 4 ORs at adjacent surgery center

• 2 GI treatment rooms

• 1 bronchoscopy room

• 1 cath lab

Support & Technology:

• Care team model (medically supervised)

• EMR: (not specified, but structured environment)

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) required

• Active Washington license required (willing to license)

• Minimum experience required (no new graduates)
