- Ongoing locums coverage
- Primary: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Occasional: Rare 10-hour shifts
- Call: None
- Supervised model: 1 MD + 4–5 CRNAs daily
- Total providers/day: 5–6
- ORs: 4–6
- EMR: Epic
- Active North Carolina license
- ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications
- Proficient in:
- Spinals
- Blocks
- Epidurals
- Case logs required
- Bread & butter general cases
- Orthopedics
- GYN
- GI (high volume)
- No trauma, no OB
- ~4,900 cases annually
- CRNAs perform some blocks
- MD handles pre-ops, PACU, and boards
- Referral fees available
