Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians in a dynamic environment that values expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care.
Required Skills:
- Valid PA RN license and CRNA certification
- Proficient in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, US techniques
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent clinical anesthesia experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with epidural procedures without doctor present
- Prior exposure to trauma or high-acuity cases
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
- Active PA license in good standing
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and diverse patient populations
Other Requirements:
- Availability for scheduled shifts, including day shifts and overnight rotations (7p-7a) as needed
- Credentialing process expected to take approximately 90 days, with expedited approval available upon leadership consent
- Must adhere to hospital policies and safety standards
