Description
A healthcare system in York, Pennsylvania is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties in a hospital-based setting.
This role offers a diverse case mix including trauma, cardiac, neuro, pediatric, and general surgical procedures. CRNAs will work within a medically directed care model alongside anesthesiologists and surgical teams while providing high-quality patient-centered anesthesia care.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for surgical and procedural cases
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative anesthesia care
- Administer general, MAC, regional, and spinal anesthesia
- Perform epidurals independently when required
- Monitor patients during procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Work across multiple procedural locations including NORA areas
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR (Epic)
- Support care for adult and pediatric patient populations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
- NBCRNA Board Certification required
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA license or willingness to obtain
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience preferred
- Experience with broad surgical case mix preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Working Hours
4–5 shifts per week
10-hour day shifts
Start times vary (6:15 AM – 7:00 AM start)
Weekend shifts available
No call required.
