Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Make a Difference in Patient Care

Are you a dedicated CRNA seeking a rewarding opportunity to utilize your skills in a dynamic hospital environment? We are looking for an experienced and committed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings. This role offers the chance to work with a dedicated team, manage diverse patient cases, and contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes in a fast-paced medical facility.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Board Certification as a CRNA
  • Valid North Carolina State license
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of CRNA experience (no new graduates)
  • Current ACLS and PALS certifications
  • Ability to float between multiple departments and locations
  • Flexibility to work full-time shifts with no consecutive days
  • Strong clinical skills across general, ortho, gyn, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma anesthesia
  • Proficiency with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experienced in pediatric, neuro, or vascular anesthesia
  • Prior work with EPIC EMR system
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different anesthesia equipment and patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Active practice in a hospital setting with substantial anesthesia cases
  • Relevant certifications and licenses in North Carolina

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work day shifts (7AM - 3PM)
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling, including occasional floating to different departments
  • Credentialing period of 60-90 days
  • No travel required; on-site work only
