Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CRNA to join our team for a 13-week contract starting June 22, 2026. The successful candidate will work a full-time schedule, supporting multiple surgical and anesthesia sites within Lexington and surrounding areas. This role involves traveling between ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals, delivering anesthesia services, and contributing to a high-functioning care team committed to excellence. Required Skills:
  • Must be a Board-Certified CRNA with valid licensure (accepting compact licenses)
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR (highly preferred)
  • Ability to work full-time, consistent schedule with no part-time availability
  • Flexibility to rotate among multiple surgical sites and travel up to once or twice weekly if needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic familiarity with anesthesia equipment such as Draeger machines, Glidescopes, and Alaris IV pumps

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Additional certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary anesthesia departments
  • Competence in handling a broad patient age range, including Geriatric populations
  • Prior experience working in surgical centers and hospitals with high patient volume

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • Active CRNA certification with state licensure or compact license
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in anesthesia care

Other Requirements:
  • Valid state license or eligibility for license via compact option
  • Ability to work a full 40-hour week, including dayshift (08:00–17:00, 4x10-hour shifts)
  • Willingness to support varied surgical cases, including GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular procedures
  • Credentialing timeline of 60–90 days
  • Additional reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses are available
