Clinical Role

Join a high-acuity, academic medical center offering a dynamic and collaborative anesthesia environment. This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs seeking variety in cases, strong team support, and flexible scheduling options within a Level 1 trauma setting.

Start Date: ASAP – ongoing need
Open Positions: 3–6 FTEs

Position Highlights:

• Flexible scheduling options (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

• Open to block/on-off scheduling (with consistent coverage needs)

• Opportunity to float within the facility

• Academic setting with diverse and complex cases

Clinical Details & Case Mix

• Facility: 187-bed Level 1 Trauma Center

• Setting: Academic Medical Center

• OR & Procedural Areas:

  • 9 main ORs

  • 3 endoscopy suites

  • 2 EP labs + additional procedural areas (TEE, Neuro IR, Bronchoscopy, MRI)

Case Variety Includes:

• General surgery

• Urology

• Trauma

• Neuro

• GYN / GYN-Oncology

• Orthopedics & ortho trauma

• GI and electrophysiology

• Emphasis on spine, bariatric, and orthopedic cases

Team & Work Environment

• Care team model: 1 anesthesiologist supervising up to 4 CRNAs

• Strong, collegial team atmosphere

• Excellent department morale and support from experienced clinicians

• Opportunity to work in a well-structured, high-functioning anesthesia department

Support & Technology:

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) required

• Active Nebraska license preferred (not required to present)

• Clean malpractice/background highly preferred

• Epic experience highly preferred
