Clinical Role

Join a highly respected anesthesia team in a Level 1 trauma center in Roanoke! This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking long-term stability, consistent scheduling, and exposure to complex cases—all within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Start Date: July 6, 2026
Contract Length: 6–12 months (with strong extension potential)

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunity with guaranteed weekly hours

• Flexible scheduling options: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 5x10s

• Overtime available after scheduled shifts

• No cardiac, no OB cases

• CRNAs are treated the same as permanent providers

Schedule & Coverage

• Day shifts starting at 7:00 AM (8-, 10-hour options available)

• Consistent, ongoing coverage required (no 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedules)

• Flexible with requested time off (RTO)

Clinical Details & Case Mix

• Level 1 trauma center with high-acuity, complex patients

• Case mix includes:

  • Neuro

  • Orthopedics

  • Trauma

  • General Surgery

  • GYN

  • Endoscopy

  • Pediatrics

• Practice model: Medical direction (loosely structured)

• Work in a brand-new facility wing requiring locum support

Support & Technology:

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) required

• Active Virginia license or compact license accepted

• Will consider candidates needing licensure
