- NM License
- 5 x 8-hour shifts
- 8-hour minimum daily guarantee
- No Call
- DEA Required
- CRNA only model
- Cases: General, Regionals, GI, Ortho, GYN, Podiatry, Urology, and ENT
- Level III Trauma facility
