Practice Overview
- Hospital-employed CRNA role at a 25-bed critical access hospital with Level IV trauma coverage
- You'll work alongside a small anesthesia team (MD anesthesiologist plus CRNAs) with a collaborative model
- Broad case mix supporting surgery and OB; procedures across multiple OR and endoscopy suites
- Epic EMR; strong perioperative footprint with dedicated pre/post-op and PACU space
Schedule
- Preferred schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week
- Call includes call-back pay (details shared during a quick call)
- Mix of OR and endoscopy coverage, with OB support as needed
- Built-in time off by virtue of the schedule, plus additional PTO options
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation opportunity up to $390K, including base salary plus quality incentives (up to $40K)
- $30,000 commencement bonus (includes relocation support) plus call-back pay
- $8,000 annual CME allowance + paid CME time (including 40 paid CME hours) and licensing support
- Student loan repayment ($1,000/month paid to lender), 401(k) match, and paid malpractice with tail coverage
Candidate Requirements
- CRNA certification required; board certified or board eligible
- Comfort practicing in a rural community environment with broad general anesthesia responsibilities
- Open to experienced clinicians and future new graduates (timing dependent)
- No visa sponsorship available
