Clinical Role

Exciting locum CRNA opportunity in Lewisburg! Join a dynamic anesthesia team where you can provide high-quality care for patients aged 2 and up, with a supportive environment and no on-call responsibilities. Perfect for CRNAs who thrive in both independent and supervised practice settings.

Start Date: 5/1/26

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday coverage with flexible 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts

• No call required

• 7:00 AM start, with end times varying (3 PM, 5 PM, or 7 PM)

• Patient population: pediatric (2+) through adult

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia (spinals, epidurals), and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)

• Manage airway (including difficult airway, intubation, LMA) and ventilators

• Pre-anesthesia assessment and post-anesthesia care

• Rapid decision-making during intraoperative emergencies (malignant hyperthermia, hypotension, hemodynamic instability)

• Independently manage cases from pre-op through PACU

• Comfort with C-sections and OB anesthesia

• Quickly adapt to facility protocols and work in both supervised and independent practice GI models

Support & Technology:

• EMR/Documentation System: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified (NBCRNA)

• Active Pennsylvania license required

• ACLS, CSR, DEA required

• Mandatory vaccines

• Credentialing/privileging timeframe: ~60 days
