• Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Job Type: Locum Tenens
• Location: Lewisburg, PA
• Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Coverage Period: May 01, 2026 – 13 Weeks
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8hr, 10hr, and 12hr shifts (7a start; end times vary: 3p, 5p, 7p)

• Case Mix: General, OB (C-sections), GI, and Surgical Cases

• Office Equipment Available: Standard anesthesia equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: Yes

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: 60–120 days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General anesthesia administration
• Regional anesthesia (spinals, epidurals)
• Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
• Airway management (intubation, LMA, difficult airway)
• Ventilator management
• IV sedation and medication titration
• Pain management techniques
• Pre-anesthesia and post-anesthesia care
• OB anesthesia (spinals for C-sections)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active PA license
• Board: NBCRNA certification required
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Experience: Ability to independently manage cases from pre-op to PACU
• Other Qualifications: Experience with Epic EMR; strong emergency response and airway management skills; ability to work in both supervised and independent models; vaccines required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer anesthesia across a variety of surgical cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and post-anesthesia care
• Monitor patient status and manage anesthesia during procedures
• Respond to intraoperative emergencies and complications
• Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
