Coverage Details:
• Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): Monday – Friday: 8hr, 10hr and 12 hr shifts
• Frequency of any Call needed: zero
• Schedule Details: (start / end times, days of the week, etc): 7a start with ending time varying (7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p)
Work Details:
• Patient Age Group: 2 years and up
• EMR/Documentation System: Epic
• Important abilities: Spinals OB; Managing anesthesia complications (malignant hyperthermia, hypotension); Advanced airway rescue; Rapid decision-making during intraoperative emergencies; Hemodynamic monitoring; Independently manage cases from pre-op to PACU; Quickly learn facility protocols; Work in both supervised and independent practice GI models
Requirements:
• Are Board Certifications Req’d?: NBCRNA
• Which State License(s) Req’d?: PA
• Certifications Req’d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): ACLS
• Specific Skills Req’d?: General anesthesia administration; Regional anesthesia (spinals, epidurals); Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC); Airway management (difficult airway, intubation, LMA use); Ventilator management; IV sedation and medication titration; Pain management techniques; Pre-anesthesia assessment and post-anesthesia care; Comfortable doing C Sections
• CSR Req’d?: yes
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Are vaccines mandatory?: yes
Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: ~60 days
Which travel is billable (airfare / hotel / rental car / mileage / etc): prefers local, however, travel and lodging may be acceptable
