MultiCare Yakima is actively recruiting a skilled CRNA to deliver exceptional anesthesia services across a diverse and challenging case mix. This role offers the chance to work with a collaborative, medically supervised care team in a facility renowned for its comprehensive surgical services, including ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, orthopedics, pediatrics, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular cases. Required Skills:
  • Valid CRNA certification and state licensure
  • Proven experience in anesthesia administration across various surgical specialties
  • Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols, patient safety standards, and emergency management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring during anesthesia

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with robotic surgery anesthesia
  • Knowledge of outpatient and pediatric anesthesia procedures
  • Familiarity with anesthesia electronic record systems
  • Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
  • Prior experience supporting multiple ORs and specialized procedures

Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
  • Ability to support a busy surgical schedule with varying caseloads
  • Documentation of all required certifications, licenses, and malpractice insurance
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training

This position offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00 and comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and lodging when applicable.
