Required Skills:
- Valid CRNA certification and state licensure
- Proven experience in anesthesia administration across various surgical specialties
- Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols, patient safety standards, and emergency management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring during anesthesia
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with robotic surgery anesthesia
- Knowledge of outpatient and pediatric anesthesia procedures
- Familiarity with anesthesia electronic record systems
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
- Prior experience supporting multiple ORs and specialized procedures
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to support a busy surgical schedule with varying caseloads
- Documentation of all required certifications, licenses, and malpractice insurance
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
