Job description
We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a high-acuity Level I Trauma academic hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a full-time locum tenens opportunity with no call, consistent weekday coverage, and long-term assignment potential.

Schedule
- Start Date: 4/27/2026
- Day shifts only
- 4x10s or 5x10s (4–5 shifts per week required)
- Hours: 7:00a – 5:00p
- Minimum availability: Full-time (4+ weeks per month)
- Will not consider 2–3 weeks of availability at this time
- Optional weekend 8-hour shifts may be available (7a–3p)
- Call: None
Pay
- $230/hr – $240/hr
- Travel assistance available (with caps)
Case Mix / Environment
- High-acuity surgical cases
- Level I Trauma experience required
- Broad patient population:
- Neonates through Geriatrics
- Operating Room–based practice
- Academic standards and protocols
Department Details
- Large acute care hospital (~900 beds)
- Team-based anesthesia model
- Significant provider support (CRNAs & Anesthesiologists)
- Epic experience preferred
Requirements
- NBCRNA
- Active Oklahoma CRNA license (or willing to license)
- Active RN & APRN license
- DEA
- Oklahoma CSR
- BLS (AHA required)
- PALS or ACLS
- Recent Level I Trauma experience required
- Minimum 1 year experience (no new grads)
