We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a high-acuity Level I Trauma academic hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a full-time locum tenens opportunity with no call, consistent weekday coverage, and long-term assignment potential.

Schedule

• Start Date: 4/27/2026
• Day shifts only
• 4x10s or 5x10s (4–5 shifts per week required)
• Hours: 7:00a – 5:00p
• Minimum availability: Full-time (4+ weeks per month)
  • Will not consider 2–3 weeks of availability at this time
• Optional weekend 8-hour shifts may be available (7a–3p)
• Call: None

Pay

• $230/hr – $240/hr
• Travel assistance available (with caps)

Case Mix / Environment

• High-acuity surgical cases
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Broad patient population:
  • Neonates through Geriatrics
• Operating Room–based practice
• Academic standards and protocols

Department Details

• Large acute care hospital (~900 beds)
• Team-based anesthesia model
• Significant provider support (CRNAs & Anesthesiologists)
• Epic experience preferred

Requirements

• NBCRNA
• Active Oklahoma CRNA license (or willing to license)
• Active RN & APRN license
• DEA
• Oklahoma CSR
• BLS (AHA required)
• PALS or ACLS
• Recent Level I Trauma experience required
• Minimum 1 year experience (no new grads)
