- 40 Hours per Week Guaranteed

PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: Adolescents and Adults (Approximately 95% Adults, 5% Pediatrics; Ages 12+)
- Patient Volume/Census: 30+ Cases Per Day Including Out-of-OR Cases
- Admissions: Yes
- Rounding: Not Included
- Case Mix: Orthopedic, Spine, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Plastics, General Surgery; Out-of-OR GI, CV/TEE, MRI Coverage as Needed

- No. of Beds in Department: 7 Operating Rooms and 1 Endoscopy Suite

- Office Equipment Available: Fully Equipped OR and On-Campus Outpatient Surgery Center
- Specialty Backup Available: Multispecialty Surgical Support
- Support Staff Available: Medical Directed ACT Model (4:1 Ratio)
- Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Staffing
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Temporary Privileges Available: Expedited Credentialing Available
- Credentialing Timeline: Up to 4 Months with Active SC License; 56 Months Without SC License

- Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume and Blood Pressure Issues

- Coverage for GI, CV/TEE, and MRI as Needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active South Carolina License Required
- Board: NBCRNA Board Certification Required
- DEA: Active DEA Required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA Certifications Required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years Post-Training CRNA Experience
- Other Qualifications: Clean Background Required; Local Candidates Within 60 Miles Not Accepted
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide anesthesia services in a medical directed ACT model
- Deliver care across OR and out-of-OR procedural settings
- Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesia staff
- Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR
- Adhere to hospital protocols and patient safety standards
