- Patient Demographics: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient
- Case Mix: General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
FACILITY INFORMATION
- EMR System: Cerner
- Reason for Coverage: 3 FTE needed
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active WV license
- Board: Board Certification required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide anesthesia services across 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other
- Work primarily in the Main OR's, with most time spent at Memorial
- Cover a wide variety of surgical cases including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac
- Administer anesthesia in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Maintain 40 hours per week of clinical coverage
