Required Skills:
- Credentialing with NBCRNA certification and active SC license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience
- Proficiency in anesthesia techniques and equipment
- DEA license for medication management
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to support day-to-day anesthesia procedures seamlessly
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Prior experience in diverse surgical settings
- Ability to manage complex cases and emergencies
- Strong team collaboration skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia (CRNA program)
- At least 1 year of relevant anesthesia practice in a clinical setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled shifts of 4x10-hour days (7 am – 5 pm) or 5x8-hour days (7 am – 3 pm)
- Home call rotation approximately once every two weeks, with 24/7 on-call coverage and prompt callback response (30-45 minutes)
- Vaccinations as required for credentialing and compliance purposes
- No licensing in other states required; SC license necessary
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment before the start date
