🏥 Position Overview
The CRNA will provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures within a busy Level II Trauma Center, working alongside anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care throughout the perioperative process.
⏰ Schedule & Flexibility
📅 Monday – Friday Only
Flexible shift options available:
• 8-hour shifts
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
✔ No weekend requirements mentioned
✔ Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available
🩺 Types of Cases
CRNAs will provide anesthesia care for a range of surgical procedures including:
✔ General Surgery Cases
✔ Additional procedures as listed in the department guidelines
🔹 No cardiac (heart) cases required
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✨ Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
✨ Administer and manage anesthesia during surgical procedures
✨ Monitor patients throughout surgery and post-anesthesia recovery
✨ Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR teams
✨ Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EMR system
✨ Ensure adherence to patient safety and anesthesia protocols
📋 Qualifications
🎓 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
📜 Active state license required
💉 Experience providing anesthesia across multi-specialty surgical cases preferred
🤝 Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
⏳ Start Date
📅 Upon completion of credentialing
