🏥 Position Overview
The CRNA will deliver anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties while working under a collaborative supervision model with anesthesiologists. This role includes night shift coverage and involvement in a variety of surgical procedures.

✨ 4 CRNA positions available
✨ Full-Time and Part-Time options available
✔ Part-time candidates may work as few as 2 days per week
⏰ Shift Options
🕒 Flexible shift lengths available:
• 12-hour shifts
• 16-hour shifts
• 24-hour shifts
🌙 Night shifts included:
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🩺 Types of Cases
CRNAs will provide anesthesia care across multiple specialties including:
✔ General Surgery
✔ Orthopedic Procedures
✔ Healthy Pediatric Cases
✔ Trauma Cases
✔ Obstetrics (OB experience required)
👥 Care Team Model
🤝 1:4 Supervision Model
CRNAs work collaboratively with anesthesiologists to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✨ Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
✨ Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures
✨ Manage post-anesthesia patient recovery and monitoring
✨ Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
✨ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
✨ Follow safety protocols and anesthesia best practices
📋 Qualifications
🎓 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
📜 Active Pennsylvania License required
💉 Experience in multi-specialty anesthesia care preferred
🤝 Strong teamwork and clinical decision-making skills
