Clinical Role

• Permanent, full-time positions
• Seeking two CRNAs
• Each CRNA will work at one hospital only (no rotation)
• Flexible scheduling options available including Monday–Friday or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Hospitals are approximately 20 minutes apart and are part of the University of Florida medical system
• Identical job descriptions at both locations
• W-2 employment
• No cardiac or OB cases
• Call requirement: one weeknight every 3–4 weeks and one weekend every 10 weeks

Case Mix

• Orthopedics
• ENT (no pediatrics)
• GI
• General surgery
• Spine
• Vascular
• GYN

No cardiac, OB, or trauma cases

Practice Model

• Medical direction model working alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• 8 operating rooms
• Private anesthesiology group

Compensation

Total Compensation Package: Approximately $300,000

• Base Salary: $250,000 (W-2)
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 (3-year agreement)
• Overtime: $200 per hour for hours worked over 40 per week (averaged over two weeks)
• Vacation: 10 weeks annually
