Option 1 – Staff CRNA
This position offers a balanced clinical practice within a community hospital where teamwork, efficiency, and patient-focused care drive daily operations.
Position Details
• Role: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
• Compensation: $350,000 annually (1099)
• Time Off: Approximately 17 weeks off per year

Option 2 – Chief CRNA
Seeking an experienced Chief CRNA to provide clinical leadership while maintaining an active clinical role.
This opportunity allows a seasoned CRNA to guide anesthesia operations, collaborate with leadership, and support clinical teams while continuing patient care responsibilities.
Position Details
• Role: Chief CRNA
• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
• Compensation: $350,000 annually (1099)
• Leadership Stipend: $30,000
• Opportunity to provide operational oversight and team leadership
