An acute care hospital in Miami, Florida is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide anesthesia services for a variety of inpatient surgical procedures.
The CRNA will work within a team-based anesthesia model delivering perioperative anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties including general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, and trauma cases.
This role requires providers who are comfortable managing diverse surgical cases in a high-acuity hospital environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and assessments
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Manage patient safety throughout the perioperative process
• Monitor patient recovery and anesthesia effects post-procedure
• Document anesthesia care using the facility EMR system
• Participate in scheduled weekend call coverage as required
Qualifications
• Board Certification required
• Active Florida CRNA License required
• Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience required
• ACLS Certification required
• BLS Certification required
• PALS Certification required
• Experience in hospital-based anesthesia practice preferred
Working Hours
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
Minimum Shifts: Approximately 16 shifts per month
Weekend Coverage: Two weekend days per month required
Weekend Call: Beeper call coverage required
