Position Overview
MyMichigan Health is seeking a CRNA to float between three facilities in central Michigan. This is an independent practice model offering consistent weekday hours and a diverse, bread-and-butter case mix.
Schedule & Call

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Orientation: 1–2 business days

Call: Primarily at Clare

Call ratio: 1:3
-
Weeknight call until 11 PM
-
Weekend call: 7 AM – 11 PM
-
No OB call
-
1-hour response time required

Compensation
-
Rate: $225 per hour
Case Mix
-
General anesthesia, MAC, regional anesthesia
-
Bread & butter laparoscopic cases
-
GI scopes (Gladwin location)
-
Ophthalmology (cataracts)
-
Podiatry, orthopedics (with blocks), vascular (occasional)
-
Cardiology (TEE / cardioversion support)
-
ED / inpatient airway and IV access support
Patient Mix: ~80–90% outpatient | 10–20% inpatient
Requirements

Active Michigan CRNA license
-
ACLS, BLS, and PALS required

Must demonstrate 75+ anesthesia cases in the past 12 months

Minimum 1 year experience

Proficiency in independent practice setting
