🏥 Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an exciting locum opportunity in Charleston, South Carolina. This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model while supporting multiple medical facilities within the health system.
Providers will gain exposure to diverse surgical cases in a high-acuity hospital environment while working alongside a skilled anesthesia team.
👩⚕️ Eligible Provider
✔️ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
✔️ Minimum 3+ years of anesthesia experience required
✔️ Active South Carolina license (or currently in process)
✔️ Proficiency in EPIC EMR required
🔎 Key Responsibilities
💉 Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures
🤝 Work within a team-based anesthesia care model
📋 Deliver safe and effective perioperative anesthesia management
🏥 Support multiple clinical locations depending on scheduling needs
🏥 Practice Environment
🏥 Work across several medical facilities within the health system as needed
⚕️ Case variety consistent with a large tertiary care center
🚫 No OB cases
🚫 No cardiac cases
🚫 No regional blocks required
📅 Schedule & Coverage
⏰ 13.5-hour shifts
🍽️ 0.5-hour unpaid lunch break
📆 Some weekend shifts required depending on schedule
📅 Minimum commitment of 3 months with potential extension

Providers may rotate between several clinical locations including:
📍 University hospital setting
📍 Specialty surgical facilities
📍 Outpatient medical pavilions
Assignments may vary based on department scheduling needs.
