CRNAs here practice independently and take their own call, making it a great fit for clinicians who enjoy autonomy and full-scope anesthesia practice.

🏥 Clinical Overview

• 85% Outpatient | 15% Inpatient

• Primarily outpatient surgical and endoscopic procedures

• Bread & Butter Cases:

  • Orthopedics

  • Endoscopy

  • General Surgery

  • Urology

  • ENT

• OB Required:

  • Labor epidurals

  • C-section spinals

• Nerve block experience helpful but not required

📅 Schedule & Call

• Monday – Friday

• Room Time: 7:15 AM

• Arrival: 6:30 – 6:45 AM

• Weekday Call: 1 in 5

• Weekend Call: Typically once per month

• Independent practice and call required

✔ Required Qualifications

Experience Required:

• Spinals

• Epidurals

• Venous catheter placement

• Arterial catheter placement

• OB anesthesia (labor epidurals + C-section spinals)

Certifications:

• NBCRNA

• AHA BLS

• AHA ACLS

• AHA PALS

Additional requirements:

• Minimum 75 cases within the last 12 months

• Active Michigan license required (IMLC not accepted)

• English proficiency (native or bilingual)

• Typical credentialing timeframe: ~30 days
