Compensation: $400,000

Structure: 1099 Independent Contractor/Malpractice paid by Avita/3 Year Commitment

The Opportunity

Avita Health System is offering a premier 1099 contract for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who prioritizes a high income-to-lifestyle ratio. This position is built for the independent provider who wants a straightforward, lucrative clinical role without the administrative "fluff" or the burden of being on-call.

• Financials: $400,000 flat annual compensation.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day shift only).
• Commitment: 248 scheduled work days per year.
• True Time Off: 4 weeks of vacation.
• Strict Boundaries: No Call. No Nights. No Weekends. No Holidays.

Requirements

• Status: Must operate as an Independent Contractor (1099).
• Certification: Current NBCRNA certification.
• Licensure: Active (or eligible) Ohio APRN and RN licenses.
• Insurance: Contractor is responsible for their own malpractice, health, and retirement (allowing for maximum tax-advantaged retirement contributions).
