Required Skills:
- Board Certification as a CRNA
- Valid licensure in the relevant state
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Proficiency in managing anesthesia for diverse procedures, including surgery, endoscopy, OB, and epidurals
- Ability to document intraoperatively, primarily on paper, with Meditech EMR familiarity being a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a Level II Trauma hospital
- Knowledge of advanced airway management and emergency procedures
- Previous experience with TEE, cardioversions, or managing emergent cases
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
- At least 1 year of post-graduate anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability for day shifts (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Optional weekday and weekend call rotations
- Local candidates are preferred; lodging arrangements will be handled directly by the facility
- Willingness to work in a Level II Trauma hospital with 114 beds, covering OR, GI Lab, OB C-section emergencies, and epidurals
