Required Skills:
  • Board Certification as a CRNA
  • Valid licensure in the relevant state
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Proficiency in managing anesthesia for diverse procedures, including surgery, endoscopy, OB, and epidurals
  • Ability to document intraoperatively, primarily on paper, with Meditech EMR familiarity being a plus
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in a Level II Trauma hospital
  • Knowledge of advanced airway management and emergency procedures
  • Previous experience with TEE, cardioversions, or managing emergent cases

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
  • At least 1 year of post-graduate anesthesia practice in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for day shifts (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Optional weekday and weekend call rotations
  • Local candidates are preferred; lodging arrangements will be handled directly by the facility
  • Willingness to work in a Level II Trauma hospital with 114 beds, covering OR, GI Lab, OB C-section emergencies, and epidurals

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $230.10, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
