- Case Variety: • Case Variety: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, GI, urology, spine, neuro. No trauma, cardiac, thoracic or peds
- No Cardiac, OB, or Pediatrics
- Requirements
- Must have New Mexico License
- Must have New Mexico DEA and CDS
