- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday:
- 7:00am - 3:00pm
- 3:00pm - 5:00pm
- 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- 7:00pm - 7:00am
- Saturday and Sunday:
- 7:00am - 3:00pm
- 3:00pm - 7:00pm
- 7:00pm - 7:00am
- Monday to Friday:
- On Call: 12-hour call, Sunday to Saturday
Clinical Details
- EMR: Cerner
- Trauma Level: 1 and Pediatric Trauma Center
- Med/Surg Beds: 582
- ICU Beds: 40
- Number of Anesthetizing Sites: 39
- Case Types: Bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental, Plastics, Cardiac, Obstetric, Ortho, General Surgery, Outpatient Surgery
- CRNAs perform operative cases under medical direction 100% of the time
- Labor Epidurals performed by CRNAs/Physicians
Requirements
- Active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS, and TB Test
- Must reside greater than 60 minutes from the site location. Local candidates within 60 minutes are not eligible
- Florida License & DEA required (priority for active licenses)
- 24 months of case logs for credentialing
