Coverage Needed
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 5:00pm, 5:00pm - 7:00pm, 7:00pm - 7:00am (Backup Call)
- Weekend Call: Saturday/Sunday 7:00am - 7:00am (Backup Call)
Clinical Details
- EMR: Cerner
- Med/Surg Beds: 86
- ICU Beds: 8 Adult / 10 NICU, Level 2
- Trauma Level: Not a Trauma Center
- Case Types: ENDO, ENT, GYN, IR, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Obstetric, Ortho, Neuro, Gen. Surg, Major Vascular, Acute Pain Service
- Outpatient Surgery: 6,535 cases
- Inpatient: 2,014 cases
Requirements
- Active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS, and TB Test
- Florida License & DEA required
- Credentialing: 24 months of case logs
- Must reside greater than 60 minutes from the site location. Local candidates within 60 minutes are not eligible.
- Payer Enrollment must be completed prior to credentialing
