Contract Details
• Position: Locum CRNA
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Department Model: Medical Direction
• Location: New Haven, CT and Bridgeport, CT
• Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: 6 months minimum
• Credentialing Timeframe: Full 120 days (no expedited privileges)
• Schedule: FULL TIME only (36–40 hours per week required)
• Shift Options: 5x8s, 4x10s, and 3x12s
• Scheduling Flexibility Required: Providers must be willing to work any combination of shifts, as the client cannot guarantee a consistent schedule
• Shift Times:
– 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
– 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
– 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
• Days: Must be willing to work any days of the week, including Fridays
• Patient Population: Adults, including high-acuity cases
• Case Types: General, Orthopedic, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Gastrointestinal, Urologic, Gynecologic, Ophthalmologic, Healthy Pediatrics, ENT
• EMR: Epic

Qualifications
• Licensure: Active Connecticut CRNA license preferred (licensing assistance available!)
• DEA: Required in the state of Connecticut
• Experience: Must be comfortable managing high-acuity patients
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• References:
– A physician reference is required from every facility where the provider has practiced as a CRNA
– Acceptable references include surgical chair, chair of anesthesiology, or direct physician supervisor
– References must be physicians (no exceptions)
• Background: Candidates must have a clean background
– No malpractice history
– No licensure or disciplinary issues
– No exceptions due to stringent credentialing requirements
