Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Needs in MI!

ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support its hospital-based anesthesiology team. The role involves providing anesthesia care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing general surgical procedures in a Level III trauma facility. This position follows a supervised CRNA model and offers flexible shift options with no call requirements.

Dates / Schedule

Coverage Period: May 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

Schedule:

• Approximately 40 hours per week

• Shift options: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts

• No call required

Job Details / Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in a hospital-based setting.

• Work within a supervised CRNA practice model alongside the anesthesiology team.

• Support general surgical procedures across 10 operating rooms.

• Collaborate with OR nurses and surgical technologists for perioperative patient care.

• Deliver care in a Level III trauma center environment.

• Document patient care using **Epic EMR (preferred experience).

• Coverage is needed due to staff vacancies and leave of absence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.

• Active Michigan RN license at time of presentation (required, no exceptions).

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

• AANA membership highly preferred.

• Clean malpractice and license history required.

• Most recent NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days) required at presentation.

• Willingness to work varied shifts.

• Local providers only.

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90–120 days.
