Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Specialty: Nurse Anesthetist
- Requirement: CRNA
- Location: Wisconsin
- Start date: 5/1/2026
- Schedule: The standard shift starts at 6:30 PM. It could also support a 6:30 AM to 3 PM shift, which may be attractive for staff working an extra day.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
- License: An active Wisconsin state license is required
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other Details: We are seeking a provider to manage an average caseload of either 7–8 shorter cases or two longer spine cases, covering specialties including GYN (no OB), Pediatric Dental and ENT, GI, Endocrinology, and Cardiac Cath Lab (no Thoracic). Required procedures include intubation, IV placement, Doppler, and ultrasound. The provider will work independently and has flexibility with call requirements, with the option for no call if preferred. If additional call is needed, it would be approximately 1 in 6. Elective pediatric cases are required but schedules can be adjusted to accommodate provider preferences.

Job Responsibilities
* Provide care in GYN (no OB), Pediatric Dental and ENT, GI, Endocrinology, and Cardiac Cath Lab (no Thoracic)
* Perform required procedures, including intubation, IV placement, Doppler, and ultrasound
* Work independently to manage patient care and procedures
* Adjust scheduling to accommodate elective pediatric cases as needed
Qualifications
* Proficiency in intubation, IV placement, Doppler, and ultrasound
* Experience in GYN, Pediatric Dental/ENT, GI, Endocrinology, and Cardiac Cath Lab procedures
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Hours
* If additional call is required, coverage would be approximately 1 in 6
* Caseload scheduling adaptable based on case type and provider preference
* Elective pediatric cases included but can be worked around
Skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, including complex spine or specialty cases
* Excellent clinical judgment and independent decision-making
* Strong communication and collaboration with support staff
* Flexibility to adapt to variable caseloads and call needs
