Amergis is seeking experienced CRNAs for a locum tenens assignment in Virginia supporting two hospitals and two connected ASCs. This is an ongoing need with a streamlined start ASAP upon credentialing. Providers must be willing to credential at and rotate through all four facilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Pre‑op assessment, intra‑op management, post‑anesthesia care handoffs.
- Collaborate within a physician‑led supervision model across multiple sites.
- Adhere to documentation standards in EPIC (hospitals) and paper charts (ASCs).
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Virginia license.
- Experience: 1–2 years of post‑training CRNA experience.
- Location: Home address 60+ miles from facility.
Working Hours
- 10s, or 2 × 9‑hour shifts, and 2 × 11‑hour shifts.
- Regular Hours: Required.
- In‑House Call: Not needed.
- Weeknight/Weekend Pager Call: Not needed.
- Overtime: Not expected.
Skills
- Comfort working within a supervised model and rotating across multiple facilities.
- Strong communication, handoff, and documentation skills (EPIC + paper workflows).
- Ability to adapt to fast‑paced, multisite environments.
