- Other Details: We are seeking a CRNA with a minimum of 2 years of experience to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at a small community hospital with 7 ORs and an outpatient surgery center. The caseload includes mostly orthopedic, spine, gynecological, eye, plastics, and general surgeries, with additional out-of-OR cases such as GI, CV/TEE, and possible MRI coverage. The hospital operates under a medically directed ACT model with a 4:1 ratio. Providers will manage a population primarily of adults (95%) with some pediatric cases (5%). Required procedures include general anesthesia, spine, ventilation management, evaluation/management of acute volume and BP issues, and arterial line placements. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and DEA certifications are required. The provider must also have an active South Carolina license and a clean background. Epic EMR experience is preferred, and orientation and all hours worked are billable. The position does not require call but may include observed holidays.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage out-of-OR cases such as GI, CV/TEE, and possible MRI coverage
* Perform required procedures such as spine, ventilation management, evaluation/management of acute volume and BP issues, and arterial line placements
* Work within a medically directed ACT model with a 4:1 ratio
* Care for a population primarily of adults (95%) with some pediatric cases (5%)
* Ensure all hours worked are billable, including orientation
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience
* Active South Carolina state license required
* Clean background with no exceptions
* ACLS, BLS, PALS, and DEA certifications required
* Epic EMR experience preferred

Skills
* Ability to manage high-acuity cases, including spine and critical care management
* Proficiency in performing ventilation management, BP and volume management, and arterial line placements
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based, medically directed ACT model
* Excellent communication and patient care skills
* Familiarity with Epic EMR system
* Willingness to undergo white-glove licensing and credentialing assistance
