Required Skills:
  • Current state-issued RN license and valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Proven experience administering general anesthesia across various specialties
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and emergency response techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced clinical setting

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with pediatric, ENT, orthopedic, plastics, or gynecological anesthesia
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in anesthesia practice, preferably in a hospital or surgical center setting

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work 10- or 12-hour shifts
  • Willingness to provide care for approximately 10 patients per day
  • Ability to travel for assignments or reimbursements when applicable
  • Participation in a robust referral bonus program
