Required Skills:
- Current state-issued RN license and valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Proven experience administering general anesthesia across various specialties
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and emergency response techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced clinical setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pediatric, ENT, orthopedic, plastics, or gynecological anesthesia
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in anesthesia practice, preferably in a hospital or surgical center setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work 10- or 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to provide care for approximately 10 patients per day
- Ability to travel for assignments or reimbursements when applicable
- Participation in a robust referral bonus program
