Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Make a Difference in Patient Care

Are you a highly skilled CRNA seeking an impactful opportunity in a supportive community setting? We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team at a small community hospital, where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional anesthesia care across diverse cases. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide anesthesia services for a variety of procedures including orthopedics, spine, gynecology, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, and general surgeries
  • Support out-of-OR cases such as GI, CV/TEE, and MRI coverage
  • Manage anesthesia for patients aged 12 and older, with a focus on adult care
  • Handle general anesthesia, spine, ventilator management, and evaluation/management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
  • Perform arterial line placements and other related procedures
  • Collaborate within a medical-directed ACT model with a 4:1 patient-to-CRNA ratio
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient records

Qualifications:
  • Active South Carolina RN license required; must have a clean background—no exceptions
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a clinical setting
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work a consistent M-F schedule, 40 hours/week, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Strong clinical skills in general anesthesia, spine, ventilator management, and vascular access procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a community hospital setting
  • Familiarity with outpatient surgery center operations
  • Knowledge of Epic EMR system
  • Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and procedures

Additional Requirements:
  • Active South Carolina licensure and certification
  • Willingness to work day shifts in a small hospital environment
  • Travel and other reimbursements when applicable
  • Expedited credentialing process preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $239.46
