Position Overview

One of our Partners in Miami, FL, is seeking four experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for ongoing full-time coverage.

This is a high-volume surgical environment within a Level I trauma facility (no trauma cases assigned for this role) offering consistent weekday hours with structured weekend coverage and no call requirements.

Pay Ranking: Competitive mid-market compensation (approximately Top 40–50% nationally based on 2025–2026 CRNA locum pay data)

Assignment Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)

• Minimum 20 shifts per month

• 160+ hours monthly

• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend days per month (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 12-hour shifts)

• No call responsibilities

• Ongoing assignment

• Temp/Expedited Privileges: 90 days (clean files only)

• EMR: Epic

• Average Monthly Case Volume: ~2,500

• Level I Trauma Facility (no trauma case assignments)

• General Surgery

• Neuro

• GI

Additional Case Types:

• OB/GYN

• Outpatient

• Orthopedics

• Interventional Radiology

• Robotics

• Pediatrics

• Urology

• Vascular & Thoracic Surgery

• Cardiac

No trauma cases assigned.

Required Procedures & Experience

• Spinals

• Epidurals

• Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (no new graduates)

• Must have clean malpractice and background history

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Florida ARNP License (required)

• NBCRNA

• ACLS

• BLS

• PALS
