A nationally recognized integrated health system in Michigan is seeking a Full-Time CRNA to join its Ambulatory Division in a high-quality outpatient surgical environment.
This position offers no call, no weekends, structured day shifts, and a $40,000 sign-on bonus within a collaborative anesthesia care model.
Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates. Not accepting new graduates or candidates with lapsed board certifications.
Job Responsibilities
Develop individualized anesthesia care plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Deliver IV, inhalation, and regional anesthetics
Provide anesthesia services across multiple specialties including:
Total joints (hips & knees)
Orthopedics & sports medicine
Plastic surgery
Urology
GYN
Ophthalmology
Podiatry
Dental
Pediatrics
Endoscopy
General surgery
Provide airway management services
Monitor patients intraoperatively & manage complications
Deliver post-anesthesia care & pain management
Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
Travel to additional ambulatory sites as needed
Collaborate with anesthesiologists & multidisciplinary teams
Work in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment
Qualifications
Active Michigan RN License (in hand at presentation) – REQUIRED
State Specialty Certification – REQUIRED
BLS & ACLS Certifications – REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year CRNA experience (excluding RN/training) – REQUIRED
Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Anesthesia – REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice & License History – REQUIRED
Not accepting candidates commuting more than 1 hour
Not accepting alternate shift requests
Working Hours
Late shift rotation ending at 5:00 PM
No weekends
No call
