Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Deliver intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics
• Provide anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical specialties:
  • Total joints (hips and knees)
  • Orthopedics and sports medicine
  • Plastic surgery
  • Urology
  • GYN
  • Ophthalmology
  • Podiatry
  • Dental
  • Pediatrics
  • Endoscopy
  • General surgery
• Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages and ASA classes (including pediatrics and geriatrics)
• Provide airway management services as needed
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications
• Deliver post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EPIC EMR
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• CRNA Certification (NBCRNA) – Required
• Active Michigan RN License – Required
• State Specialty Certification – Required
• BLS and ACLS Certification – Required
• Clean Malpractice and License History – Required
• Visa Status (H1B or J1, if applicable) – Required
