Locums – Phoenix, Arizona | CRNA 12-Hour Shift Coverage at Level I Trauma Center

Position Overview:
Join a high-acuity anesthesia team in a premier Level I Trauma Center offering consistent 12-hour shifts and a dynamic case mix. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs who thrive in fast-paced hospital settings and are confident managing OB and complex cases.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: March 30, 2026

• Duration: 26 weeks

• All shifts are 12 hours (7a–7p or 7p–7a)

• Typically 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours weekly)

• Minimum 4-week commitment

• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availability

• Supervised model

Scheduling Expectations:

• Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month

• 3–6 night shifts per month based on departmental needs

• Night coverage may be in OB or Main OR

• Client open to providers willing to work straight nights

Clinical Environment:

• Level I Trauma Center (experience preferred)

• Current OB experience required, including high-risk OB management

• Pediatric and neuro head case experience required

• Must be comfortable covering OB and OR settings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting

• Active Arizona license preferred

  • Active AZ License: approximately 6 weeks for credentialing

  • Compact License: approximately 2 months

  • Non-Licensed: approximately 3 months
    (Timeline dependent on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history)
