Contract Length: Ongoing
Work Details:
• Support staff: 20 rn, 5 app
• Amount of coverage needed per month:
• Patients per day: 5
• Patient population/age: adult
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 4 ORs
• Skills required: *Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks.

Qualifications
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• License required: Active AZ license
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS – AHA or ARC
• Minimum experience required: 1 yr
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days , temp available
Working Hours
Schedule: Must be willing share weeknight and weekend call. 8 hour shifts ONLY Monday-Friday & call weekday and Weekend
