We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide sporadic PRN coverage at Sparrow Eaton Hospital in Charlotte, Michigan. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive surgical environment with a fully staffed OR team.

🏥 Position Overview

• Position: CRNA

• Schedule: Sporadic PRN coverage (with potential for future dates)

• Setting: Surgery / Operating Room

• EMR: Epic

• Supervision: Anesthesiologist supervised

• Trauma Level: Level IV

⚕️ Facility Highlights

• Approximately 20 surgical cases per day including endoscopy

• 13,000 annual case volume

• 2 Operating Rooms + 1 Endoscopy Suite

• Fully staffed OR team

• Patient population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics

👨‍⚕️ Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for surgical and endoscopy procedures

• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and surgical staff

• Deliver safe and high-quality patient care across varied age groups

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced surgical setting

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA

• Active Michigan License

• Certifications required:

  • BLS

  • ACLS

  • PALS

• Must be a local provider (drive-in) – no flights covered

• NPDB Self-Query required at submission

• COVID vaccination required

🧾 Onboarding Requirements

Before start date:

• Epic training (waiver possible with prior experience)

• Orientation required (paid at half the regular hourly rate)

Within 30 days of start:

• Physical exam

• 5-panel drug screening
