🩺 Description
We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a locum assignment at a high-volume, level-one academic trauma center. This role offers diverse, complex cases within a medically directed practice model and a collaborative anesthesia team.
Job Responsibilities
• Deliver anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures
• Manage general anesthesia cases including neuro, spine, ortho, oncology, ENT, GYN, and urology
• Work across main hospital and ambulatory/outpatient locations as needed
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and OR teams to ensure safe patient care
• Provide coverage in OR and non-OR settings (CT, MRI, IR, bronchoscopy)
Qualifications
• Active CRNA certification
• Minimum 3+ years of anesthesia experience
• Active South Carolina license or in process
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to provide full-time coverage
• Flexibility to work varied locations and schedules
Working Hours
• 13.5-hour shifts
• Schedules include 6:00 AM–7:30 PM or 8:00 AM–9:30 PM
• 0.5-hour unpaid lunch
• Includes some weekend shifts
• Minimum 3-month assignment with extension potential
