Step into a dynamic anesthesia role in a high-acuity hospital environment! This position offers a collaborative team setting where you’ll provide anesthesia care across all patient populations—from pediatrics to geriatrics. Gain hands-on experience in general surgery, neurosurgical cases, and spinal anesthesia, while contributing to approximately 50 daily surgical cases. Enjoy a structured schedule with no on-call duties, working alongside skilled anesthesiologists and OR teams.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as required.
• Monitor ventilation and respiratory status throughout surgeries.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in multiple ORs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR for all perioperative care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and procedural protocols.
Qualifications
• Active Michigan license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• Clean background with no employment gaps
Working Hours
• Strictly scheduled days, no on-call duties
Skills
• Expertise in general surgical and neurosurgical anesthesia
• Proficient in airway management and ventilation monitoring
• Strong documentation skills in Epic EMR
