โข Provide anesthesia to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
โข Perform airway management and emergency intubations as needed
โข Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams to optimize patient care
โข Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
โข Maintain complete and accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
โข Lead and support peers in clinical practice
โข Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
โข Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (excluding RN or training) โ Required
โข Completion of Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program โ Required
โข Active Michigan RN & CRNA Licenses โ Required
โข Active BLS, ACLS, PALS โ Required
โข DEA & CSR/CDS (prior to start) โ Required
โข Clean Malpractice/License History โ Required
Working Hours
โข Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with opportunity to extend
โข No on-call or weekend shifts
