• Provide anesthesia to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform airway management and emergency intubations as needed
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams to optimize patient care
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
• Lead and support peers in clinical practice
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (excluding RN or training) – Required
• Completion of Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program – Required
• Active Michigan RN & CRNA Licenses – Required
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required
• DEA & CSR/CDS (prior to start) – Required
• Clean Malpractice/License History – Required
Working Hours
• Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with opportunity to extend
• No on-call or weekend shifts
• Full-Time Permanent Position
