This Top Paying CRNA position offers high clinical autonomy, a supportive team culture, and exposure to a wide variety of cases across the surgical spectrum. Provide anesthesia care for infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a dynamic inpatient environment using EPIC EMR.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Deliver care for trauma and general surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate peri-operative patient care
• Maintain accurate EPIC documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Participate in minimal call rotation
Qualifications
• Completion of Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program – Required
• Active Michigan RN & CRNA Licenses (or willing to obtain) – Required
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS – Required
• DEA & CSR/CDS (prior to start) – Required
• Clean malpractice and license history – Required
• Recent NPDB Self-Query Report – Required
Working Hours
• Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour day shifts with opportunity to transition to longer shifts
• Minimal Call
• Full-Time Permanent Position
